While your bottom-line price will depend on a few factors, we charge $3.25 per square foot for standard white high-gloss and $5.00 per square foot for any print.. While Prism provides you with a custom print, we do not provide you with the dance floor itself. The floor is either included with your venue or you can rent one.

Calculate the size of the dance floor needed (or estimate) and send us an inquiry. If you are using a venue, they will provide you with this information. If you are renting a dance floor on your own, ask the rental company for advice on which size to rent based on your guest count. This information can also be found from a quick google search. 

Yes, our team is happy to help! We help with the installation and teardown at the end of the night. 

Start brainstorming design ideas! If you are using a stationer for your invitations and paper products, ask them to create a dance floor design for you that will coordinate with the wedding/event decor. Or, feel free to ask out team for advice! We have over 14 years of event design experience. 

Of course! Once you submit your print-ready image to Prism, we will provide you with a mock up of your floor for approval. No chances taken here! 

Don't be afraid to get creative and bold with your Prism Floor. The dance floor is a huge focal point in an event space- so make it as unique and eye catching as possible! It will make for great photos and a memorable event. 

We also recommend to utilize all print space - even if its a simple border along the edge of the floor with a custom monogram in the center. Or, you can use a muted shade as the background of the printed image. The price of the vinyl remains the same regardless of the print itself, so use every bit of it!

While many venues and rental companies allow for custom vinyl, it's always best to check! Ask the venue (or rental company) for permission to apply vinyl on their flooring.
